Enjoy pulling your boat up to the beach and going up to your Condo, however no overnight mooring. City Rules they will tow your boat. Vacation at the KINGS VIEW CONDOS WHERE ALL THE FUN STARTS. This unit has been REMODELED, FOOS BALL table. Park your boat on the channel and walk up to the condo. The problem with Lake Havasu is not what to do, it’s choosing which event or activity you can fit into your busy day! If it becomes overwhelming, remember the sun is always out, so, grab that book and lounge chair and enjoy.
Winter the town is filled with things to do Boat Parades, Golfing, swap meet, main street car show, lots to do!

1-Pet (dog) is allowed can't weigh over 25 pounds. Pet Fee $200.00 per stay. Per HOA rules of complex. You must get prior approval from property manager on pet!

Damage deposit is $500.00 Pre-Authorized 1-2 days prior to arrival.
Pricing based on 5 guest addition fee of 10.00 per night for per guest.
3- Monthly stay in summer April thru October $3500.00 -4500.00 per month plus cap 0n Electricity.
Winter November to March 31 is $2850.00 per month. 85.00 Cap on utilities.
